'In this British Army Fitness Prep workout video, I focus on increasing muscular endurance and also mental endurance. It is a 40 minute routine of 8 burpees per minute every minute. If you cannot do the 8 burpees, tailor the workout to ensure you can last the full 40 minutes as that is the key to improving your muscular endurance for the British Army Assessment Centre.
